10wan Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 10wan ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 10wan website at 10wan.club and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or services.

10wan operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino games, virtual games, and online slot products to eligible users. The Platform is operated by its licensing entity under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised gaming authority.

By creating an account on 10wan, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature, you conclusively represent that:

• You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited under applicable law;
• The information you provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 10wan.

Access to 10wan is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and use the platform if all of the following conditions are met:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. 10wan enforces a strict 21+ policy. This threshold is set in line with international responsible gaming standards and is non-negotiable. Users who are found to be under 21 at any point will have their accounts closed and balances forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single account: You do not already hold an active or suspended 10wan account. Each individual is entitled to one account only.
• Not self-excluded: You are not subject to an active self-exclusion order placed through 10wan or any associated gaming network.
• Jurisdiction: You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of 10wan is lawful in your location.

10wan reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

To access real-money services on 10wan, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or Pakistani mobile number.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal from a 10wan account can be processed. KYC may also be triggered at the time of registration or when account activity exceeds specific thresholds. Standard KYC documents accepted by 10wan include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of current residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name).

10wan will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not in the registered name of the account holder. The KYC process is administered in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under 10wan's international licensing conditions.

By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading, and you undertake to notify 10wan promptly of any changes to your registered details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10wan login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other individual to access your account.

10wan recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number. This provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised account access.

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 10wan support immediately via the live chat function. 10wan will investigate all reported security incidents promptly. However, 10wan accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

10wan will never contact you to request your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 10wan that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.

All financial transactions on the 10wan platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account cashier. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited within one business day.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval for standard requests. 10wan reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before approving withdrawal requests above defined thresholds.
• Matching payment methods: Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 10wan does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Chargebacks: Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute filed against a 10wan transaction will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 10wan reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, subject to applicable law.

All bets placed and games played on 10wan are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product. Sports betting, including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, and UFC events, is governed by the sportsbook rules displayed within the sports section of the platform. Live casino games are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented at the table.

The following general rules apply across all 10wan gaming and betting products:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player unless the specific game rules expressly permit a cash-out option.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 10wan reserves the right to void the affected round and refund stakes. Winnings paid in error due to a technical fault may be reclaimed by 10wan.
• 10wan employs certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games and slots, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Sports odds are generated by a licensed pricing engine.
• Maximum stake and maximum win limits apply to all products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change at 10wan's discretion.
• 10wan reserves the right to limit the stake size or frequency of bets placed by any individual player at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such limitation.

10wan may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stakes; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per user: Players are entitled to claim each promotional offer once. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.
• Abuse and exploitation: 10wan reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses where there is reasonable evidence of systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics, including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns structured specifically to meet wagering requirements.

10wan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus at the time of withdrawal will be allowed to continue under the terms originally applicable to that bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10wan platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name or different names;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in a manner that generates winnings not intended by the game design;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer format;
• Using the 10wan platform for any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or other financial crimes;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 10wan staff, customer support agents, or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of any 10wan system or game.

All content on the 10wan platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 10wan or its licensed content providers. No part of the 10wan platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 10wan.

The 10wan name, logo, and associated brand assets are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of 10wan's brand identity in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

10wan collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 10wan, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10wan implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and access controls on personal data held in our systems. Your data is retained for the periods required by 10wan's international licensing obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

10wan is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides all registered users with access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting the 10wan support team:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and six weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your 10wan account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period and is processed within 24 hours of your request. During a self-exclusion period, 10wan will use reasonable endeavours to prevent you from accessing the platform.

10wan enforces a strict 21+ age restriction through mandatory KYC verification. If at any point 10wan has reason to believe that an account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement, the account will be suspended and fully investigated before any further access is permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10wan's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their 10wan account in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

10wan shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 10wan platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof;
• Losses arising from your participation in games of chance or sports betting, which by their nature carry inherent financial risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 10wan's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10wan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the 10wan platform.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, 10wan may forfeit the entire balance held in the account. Where an account is closed at the user's request in circumstances unrelated to any breach, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the user via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC and AML checks.

Users who wish to close their 10wan account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

10wan reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 10wan will provide notice to registered users by email to the registered address or via a notification displayed on the platform upon login.

Continued use of the 10wan platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. The effective date of the most current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10wan holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, users are required to contact 10wan's customer support team in the first instance. The support team will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the matter informally within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
